Since 2016, I have been a LMS Coordinator/Administrator, Instructional Designer, and Content Developer for Texas A&M University-Commerce.  During my tenure, I have migrated the university from eCollege to D2L/Brightspace.  I have created training videos by using Camtasia Video software for our faculty.  I create course content with pedagogical standards for faculty to use within their courses.  Creating help documents is another way that I have assisted faculty in using our Learning Management System.  I also am an adjunct Professor at TAMUC for the College of Innovation and Design, and teach within the LMS as well. Before coming to Texas A&M University-Commerce, I spent nine years in the public school classroom.  There I honed my skills in diversify my teaching to meet the needs of all learners, and I have carried this skill on into the university setting.
